Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific features, pricing, or timeline.

4. Account Registration

  • AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your purposes
  • Defects will be corrected

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRITELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Writely, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or generate using the Service

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., OpenAI). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
